Well, I am supposed to be alsleep till 2 for the Spurs match. But since I am up and chatting with you, I hope that this post can help you out.
I am not too sure of the proceedings but one thing I learn in life is to treasure your loved ones. In chinese, it is 珍惜眼前人。 See, regrets are something that bring nothing but heartaches in your life. Regret of doing the wrong things and worse, missing out on that special someone.
Do you really think that he is that good? Or is it just a tinge of regret that things never work out between you and he? If you are sure that what you want is your bf, then don't bother looking back at the past. No point moving foward when you are going to take 3 steps back at the next point. Sometime, a thing we called fate will simply not finish the job it had first started.
Getting to know that special someone, spending great times with him or her, having plenty of beautiful memories together, memories so beautiful that it seems to be just yesterday that you were together and learning so much from each other.
To you, everything bad about him or her seems like something good. Something you want to change for the better. The very reason why you are breathing is to enrich his or her life. Well, how are you going to do that when everything about him or her is nothing but just memories.
The only thing you can hold on to is that someone beside you now. That someone who had been giving you encouragement when you are down or simply being there when you need a listening ear. I agreed with you that he will always have a soft spot in your heart. I also fully agreed on what you say about me. Yes, she does hold a soft spot in my mind.
No matter how hard we tried to erase it, we all know that something are just hard to be removed. It is just like a scar being imprinted on you. But like what I said, I will try my best and move on. For nothing I do will ever make the scar disappear. For medical technology is not that advanced yet to simply have your heart healed just like that. Though I am hoping that there is one. Simply to heal you, her and me. And anyone who had been hurt by this beautiful thing we called love.
Lngering in the past can bring nothing but hurt. I had seen it personally and been through it also. Trust me. It is a feeling you simply hate. Just make sure that this is just a passing phrase. Don't stay for too long in this phrase too. For today is a present and the future is something that you must work hard for. I hope you move on in life. Like what I hope for her.
