Well,the title said everything. My nose problem is back. Was down down on Thursday due to this and it came back again on Sun. Darn. I think I literally slept the whole Sun away. And to think that I had planned to go for a jog in the evening. The quiz at the bottom was the result of being stuck in front of the PC due to my bloody nose. I can't possibly run around with mucus flowing down my nose. My nose feel like a bloody spoilt tap. I can't turn it off.
Had mahjong on Fri night and lost. $26. $7 more and I can paid for 1 driving lesson. Sianzz. Well, you can't always win in life. I shall have my revenge soon.
Not sure if you guys had seen the Tammy clip. I had seen it myself(I am no saint) but I felt that the comments and criticism she had received had gone too far. It's her private life. No one got the right to lecture her on what to do and not to do. Unless you are her parents or bf. Speaking of bf. If her ex really did upload this clip onto the web, I hope some actions can be taken against him. It is because of people like him that make me sick of this world. I would be hugely disappointed if NYP really decide to sack her. I think the best thing to do now is just to let her carry on with life. She is only 17. A minor. She still have a long way in front of her. I am sure that she was just blinded by love at that moment of time. People in love can do a lot of stupid things. Esp ladies. To call her a slut and other ugly names is simply too much. Everyone have his or her own needs. Having sex is not something to be ashamed of.
Someone important in the history of S'pore had just passed away. Watched the memorial service for Mr S Rajaratnam on Sat. All I knew about him was that he was the one who had penned the National pledge. After reading through numerous articles on the paper about him, I felt that we should really commemorate him by naming something after him. Maybe a cultural centre or a scholarship.
He started our Foreign Ministry from scratch. At a time when S'pore was just a third world country and with not much military might to speak of. To be able to influence decision and win friends for S'pore was simply remarkable. His vision of a multiracial society remains one the main pillar for the success of S'pore. S'pore had really came far as compared to our neighbours and much of it was due to the hard work of our forefathers. People like Mr Raja who had the vision and determination to change S'pore to a place where we can all call home. A home that we can be proud of. A global city where people of all races and religion can strive to be successful. Living without any prejudice against them. All men treated as an equal. A home that I would never want to leave.
