Well, it is 3.20 a.m now as I am keying in this blog. Work had been hectic on Mon and Tues. Worked till 12 on Tues. But had a sense of satisfaction as the result of my hard labour is good. Also met up with the nice lady to talk about her retirement plans. She really is a nice lady and even if she don't get any policy from me at the end of the day, I am still glad that I know her. Talking abt policy, I just had a comment from a close fren of mine which made me sad. She commented that I was treating her more like a client than a friend. Though I beg to differ, it didn't change what she was thinking. I admit maybe in my eagerness to advice her I might sounds agressive. But it never for once fell into my thoughts that I was just advising someone I just knew rather than someone who is so close to me. I only want the best for my friends and this goes to my clients too. I might also have to bear some of the blame. I had been spending less and less time with my friends and even my beloved Mum as I devote all my time to work. I am sad that I am doing this but also knows that this is the best time to build up my career. So to all my frens who are reading this, all you are my friends first rather than a client. I also treat my clients as my friends as I always believe that having one more friend is better than having one more enemy.
Anyway, this week I would be working at Funan Centre for my roadshow again. Really hoping for a good response as I am still hoping that I can hit fast track. It would be a shame to miss it as I am so close to it. No more talk on work. One of my friends had just started blogging. Her blog address is joeychan.blogspot.com. Do support her. She is a nice, friendly and cute lady. Seems like she is having a block on her mind now. I really do wish that it will go off soon. Anyway, just a thought to share with all my friends. Life is just like the ocean. There will never be a period where it is always high tide or low tide. What we can do is to ride on the tide when it is high and rest well when the tide is low.
